Our Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, therefore, to make life as easy as possible our 7 day returns guarantee means that if goods are damaged or defective on receipt such goods can be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging with seals, shrink wrap or similar intact and unused, where, subject to those conditions we will make a full refund or exchange as appropriate in accordance with your rights.

If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact 01392 315691. Please have an order number to hand. If you order has been shipped and you would like us to arrange your return to be collected please contact us on 01392 315691. Please be advised that a handling charge may apply.

If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives incomplete or damaged please contact us within 48 hours to report the issue. If you have more than one item in your order please bear in mind that products may be sent out separately. Please note that we will require a photo of any items that have been supplied faulty or damaged.

If items have been delivered and signed for as received in good condition and damaged during transit or damaged as a result of opening, mishandling, mistreatment, vandalism, heavy weather conditions, incorrect fitting or other circumstances out of our control then we will be unable to offer replacements or refunds.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund to a different card from the one used for the original purchase.
