Wall-mounted backlit tension fabric systems share similarities with their free-standing counterparts as they both consist of an aluminium extrusion frame kit. The standard frame is 75mm thick, while the premium version is 60mm thick, and both are affixed to the wall.

To create these systems, a fabric graphic is printed using dye-sublimation onto 310gsm Backlit Polyester, ensuring vibrant images, and finished with a silicone edging (kedar). This graphic is then slotted into the aluminium channel and tensioned around the edges.

The end result is a seamless and beautifully-finished branding solution, ideal for store displays or exhibitions. When replacement graphics are needed, they are conveniently folded and sent via courier in a jiffy bag. Ground staff, rather than skilled installers, can easily replace them.

Distinguishing the premium from the standard version are differences in lumens, LED quality, and the number of LEDs used. Wall-mounted Lightboxes are edge-lit, with LEDs located around the inside edge. Premium Lightboxes, on the other hand, have lights along the long edges for better light quality. For larger displays, Premium Lightboxes can be equipped with a backlit board, but this comes with an additional cost and requires skilled installation. The Lightboxes are supplied in sections and need to be assembled using an allen key, which is provided.

The graphics are printed with a FabriVU 340, resulting in a rich, vibrant finish suitable for exhibitions and indoor displays.

Each Lightbox graphic comes with a nylon pull tab as standard, facilitating easy removal of the graphic from the frame. By default, this pull tab is affixed to an upper corner of the graphic to prevent children from reaching it. Customers can request a different location for the pull tab or choose not to have it supplied at all.

The power cable length is approximately 3m, but custom lengths are available upon request.

It’s important to note that edge-lit Lightboxes work best with busy, vibrant designs. Plain and single-color designs may highlight lighting anomalies.

For Premium Lightboxes in bespoke sizes larger than the ones shown, customers can inquire and request a quotation.
